Ordained monk partakes in mindfulness challenge

Claude AnShin Thomas, an ordained Zen Buddhist Monk hosted a workshop and talk with the college community on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2015.

The Office of Spiritual and Religious Life hosted ordained Zen Buddhist Monk Claude AnShin Thomas as a part of the 30 Day Mindfulness Challenge. Thomas spoke about the importance of mindfulness and held several workshops concerning what it means to live.
