Fugitive Keith Green has been apprehended by authorities in Ashtabula County, Ohio.
Green made headlines Wednesday when he fled from Meadville Police, who were serving a warrant for a shooting and drug possession.
The manhunt for Green prompted a campus-wide lockdown and the first cancellation of classes and activities in years.
